I am running in the WPS half marathon and raising funds in support of the Canadian Cancer Society because it is a cause that is close to my heart.
Did you know that it is estimated that 1 in 2 Canadians will be diagnosed with cancer in their life time? This makes cancer a disease that touches the lives of nearly every Canadian.
Money raised for the Canadian Cancer Society goes toward life saving research and support programs vital to people diagnosed with cancer and their families.
