My brother was one of the most important people in my life. Jordan was not only my brother, he was my best friend. I had no idea he was struggling so bad, like most people, I missed the signs. I want to try and help give a voice to the people who are suffering from mental illness' so I have chosen to do this fundraiser another year in honor of my brother. He may have lost his fight but with your help, we can stop others from losing theirs.

Personal Goal: $2,000 Raised: $485
Please support us as we honour an amazing young man named Jordan who left us way too soon. His memory will live forever in our hearts and the best way we can honour him is to try to save the lives of others. Mental illness is real and does affect us all. The only way we can save lives now is by ending the stigma associated with mental illness and suicide by providing more education and awareness towards the topic. The Simon Poultney Foundation is a local charity aimed at providing more local outreach and awareness programs aimed at suicide prevention and ending this stigma once and for all. While it is too late for Jordan...it's NOT too late for others. Together we can save more lives.
