Please sponsor me as I honor my stepson Jordan and hope to save more lives in the process. He didn't need to die...this could have been prevented. However I do believe it's because of the damn stigma is why he died! This stigma needs to end. Enough is enough! The Simon Poultney Foundation vows to do just that...end the stigma and get more people talking. Please sponsor me in my quest to honor my stepson, support my wife and surviving stepchildren and maybe save a few lives too.

Please support us as we honour an amazing young man named Jordan who left us way too soon. His memory will live forever in our hearts and the best way we can honour him is to try to save the lives of others. Mental illness is real and does affect us all. The only way we can save lives now is by ending the stigma associated with mental illness and suicide by providing more education and awareness towards the topic. The Simon Poultney Foundation is a local charity aimed at providing more local outreach and awareness programs aimed at suicide prevention and ending this stigma once and for all. While it is too late for Jordan...it's NOT too late for others. Together we can save more lives.
