The Orange Hippos is a team named by my grandson, Emmett. Emmett is three years old. When he was born he was, like all babies, absolutely amazing. He still is, however, very early in his life we saw that he had some significant medical challenges as he was losing strength and the ability to move. On August 19, 2015 he was diagnosed with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Type 1. A disease that at that time was untreatable. Emmett was involved in a worldwide drug trial which has been fast-tracked in many countries as a treatment. It works.
