Please support me as I honor my first born son named Jordan who left us way too soon. His memory will live forever in my heart and the best way I can honor him is to try to save the lives of others. Mental illness is real and does affect us all. The only way we can save lives now is by ending the stigma associated with mental illness and suicide. The Simon Poultney Foudation is a local charity aimed at providing more local outreach and awareness programs directed towards suicide prevention and ending this stigma once and for all. For every donation $20 or more will receive a tax receipt, however every dollar counts....no donation is too small. While it's too late for Jordan...it's not too late for others. Together we can save more lives.
