Will the Running Room registration platform be shutting down?
Yes, eventually but your event will be transferred to the Race Roster platform first. As part of our commitment to clear communication, we are sharing this announcement to give all Clients ample time to make any necessary adjustments.
Will the Running Room team continue to manage the registration platform set up for your events?
The Running Room Events team will be at your service. You will still be able to pick up the phone and talk to our friendly team!
What are the Key Dates we need to know about?
Upcoming Transition Key Dates:
20 Feb 2024: Current Running Room registration platform will become inactive for public access. Race Directors and Charity Directors will still be able to access the back-end tools.

To start taking registrations through Race Roster you will need to set up an account. The Running Room team will walk you through this process.
How will Race Roster use the existing and future participant and user data?
Race data remains secure and will be used only for the purpose it was intended for. Race data is not used for marketing purposes unless confirmation of use of your information is expressed directly by you. Race Roster will not use any data without permission.
