TicketGuardian provides a simplified way for event attendees or participants to get 100% of their money back if they cannot attend for some unforeseen reason, eliminating the need for refunds and losses. Your customers get reimbursed for their non-refundable ticket price if they need to cancel due to covered illness or health, injury, job layoff, work and scheduling conflicts, weather, accidents, family emergencies, military or jury duty and more. Here is how it works for Participants.

Registration flow

Once TicketGuardian is on, the participant will be able to select the option during the registration flow

1. Participant will fill out the registration form and click Continue

2. The participant will be able to select if they would like to purchase the protection

3. The TicketGuardian purchase will appear at checkout

4. The receipt emailed to the participant will also contain the purchase protection information.

Note: If you have purchased protection insurance with Ticket Guardian. You will be receiving an email with more information from them separately.
