Ragnar and Running Room Bring Overnight Relays to Canada
Salt Lake City, Utah � September 12, 2016 � Ragnar, the premier overnight running relay series and Canadian retailer, Running Room, recently signed a multi-year partnership to expand the relay series into Canada. Launched last month, Reebok Ragnar Niagara is the first of several Canada-based overnight relays coming to the country in 2017.

Society receives government funding for partnership with Running Room
The Canadian Cancer Society is pleased to announce Run to Quit, an innovative program to help Canadians quit smoking and become more physically active. The initiative, in partnership with the Running Room and with the generous support of the Public Health Agency of Canada, will be launched nationally in January and will help smokers quit through community-based running clinics, quit smoking counselling and peer-to-peer support.

Canadians Cross Canada over 13 Times in Memory of Terry Fox and his "MARATHON OF HOPE"
Edmonton, AB � April 16, 2015 � Canadians paid a running tribute to Terry Fox on the 35th Anniversary of his "Marathon of Hope" marking the beginning of his iconic cross-country run. Eight-thousand, five-hundred and fifteen runners and walkers came out to celebrate Terry's journey and keep his dream alive by registering and showing up at Running Room locations on Sunday, April 12. The Terry Fox Foundation and Running Room partnered up to tally "How Many Times Can We Run across Canada" and Canadians responded by running or walking over 103,462km or 13.2 times across the country and by donating $30,412, so far.
