We are now currently filling both full-time and part-time positions at our Edmonton Home office

Position Summary

  • A Customer Service Associate co-ordinates the online process for orders received through our online "shop". Ensures orders are prioritized and fulfilled in a timely manner through Running Room's standards and methods.
  • Strives to ensure customer satisfaction while complying with company procedures and policies with professional communication via email, online help platform and phone. Is able to assist customers with knowledgeable information on products offered on "shop" , in our stores and can guide a purchasing decision with personal experiences with the same professional communication.
  • When presented will take ownership of a customer complaint and resolve with the systems, methods and procedures available under Running Room and supervisor's guidelines.
  • Reasonable timelines will be made to enable individuals to perform at a level essential in providing excellent customer service to our online guests.
  • A basic knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as personal online ordering experiences will be an asset.

The work environment is our Home office in Edmonton
