If our stores are the heart of the Running Room and our Customer Service support team the backbone then our training programs are the blood that gives life to everything we do. From day one the Running Room has been training customers how to properly set up running and walking programs in a healthy and progressive manner. We have training programs team dedicated to supporting our stores in this efforts as well as training and supporting instructors and training program members with inshore and on-line training tools.
