The purchasing department at the Running Room leads the way when it comes to deciding what product goes into each store. They work with our various suppliers to help add new products, maintain inventory on existing products, manage delivery flows and make sure our best stores have enough product to sell on a daily basis. In addition to working with existing suppliers, we are constantly looking for new companies and new products to help better satisfy our customers� needs. They must work in tandem with our stores, marketing team, customer service team and accounts payable group. The purchasing department at the Running Room is also heavily involved with the creation of our own products with the end goal of always trying to help improve the run.
