Use of Running Room / Walking Room Gift Cards constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
At Running Room, we stand behind our merchandise and our Gift Cards. The Running Room Gift Card never expires, it has no fee and it's backed by our long-standing commitment to you, our customer.
Traditional Running Room Gift Cards, for your protection, will only be shipped to the billing address on your credit card statement.
Running Room Virtual Gift Cards will be e-mailed to the recipient upon credit approval.
The prepaid gift card is redeemable for Running Room merchandise. To use in a Running Room store, simply present the card to any salesperson at time of purchase. To use online, enter the gift card number, along with the access number, on the Billing Information page in Checkout.
Gift cards may not be returned or redeemed for cash except as required by law. If the gift card is lost, stolen or damaged, it can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase.
If your card is stolen and an unauthorized user redeems the value of the card before you report it, then the card balance will be lost. Once you report a card as lost or stolen, it cannot be reversed. You must wait for a replacement card to be mailed to you. Report a lost Gift Card. The Card Loss Protection service is provided free of charge to cardholders.
Gift cards do not expire and have no usage or monthly maintenance fee.
Can I check the balance remaining on my Gift Card?
You can check the balance of your Gift Card online or via phone 1-800-419-2906 ext 9226.
What should I do if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Just call 1800-419-2906 ext 9226 and report the loss. We will freeze your remaining balance at the time of your call, transfer it to a new Gift Card and mail you the replacement Card immediately - without hassles or fees. This service is available during regular business hours - 8am to 4:30pm MST, Weekdays. You can also e-mail your inquiry to [email protected] and your request will be dealt with during regular business hours.
Where can I use my Gift Card?
Your Gift Card is accepted at most Running Room locations in North America.

How do I check the balance on my Gift Card?
Visit the Gift Card section or call 1-800-419-2906 ext 9226. If you have questions about the balance on your registered Gift Card, call 1-800-419-2906 ext 9226 and speak to a customer service representative.
Does Running Room charge a service fee for unused balances on my Gift Card?
Can I return a Gift Card that I purchased or received as a gift?
No Gift Cards are not refundable.
Can I reuse my Gift Card?
Yes, Gift Cards are reusable. At any time, you can reload your Gift Card with additional cash value.
How do I reload my Gift Card?
To reload your U.S. or Canadian currency Gift Card, just visit any Running Room or Walking Room store.
How does Running Room protect my privacy after I register my Gift Card?
Under the Running Room.com privacy statement, Running Room will not give your name to other companies without your permission. Also, you control whether or not you receive information about special promotions and events from Running Room.
Can I purchase Gift Cards with other items from your Web site?
Absolutely! Gift Cards can be added to your shopping cart online, just like any other item. Please note, however, that Gift Cards are shipped from a different location than our other products, and that your Gift Cards will arrive in a separate shipment from the rest of your order.
Can I use my Gift Card for Races or Training Programs?
Unfortunately, our Gift Cards exclude the use of Races and Training Programs.
