Login Help - My ISP ( Internet Service Provider) is blocking the my email notifications from the Running Room and I am not getting the weekly updates from my instructor or the store. Is there anything I can do?

(Main Login Help Page)

If you believe your subscriber's ISP or mail server is blocking messages from the Running Room , we suggest you start by contacting your subscriber or their ISP directly. The following is an example of a canned message you can send to your ISP;

To: ISP customer support

Subject: Emails from the Running Room is not being received

Hello. My name is XXXX and I have been a customer of your services
since XXXX. I understand that you have mail filters in place to
protect customers like myself from unsolicited email; however, this
has made it impossible for me to receive clinic information,
announcements, and promotions that I have subscribed to receive. I
value these communications and would like to receive them using this
email address

The sender of these mailings uses HTML coded emails to deliver messages to their members,
and it appears that your filters are blocking their mail.
The Running Room has strict privacy policies,
this is mail that I asked for and is not spam.
I ask that you remove the block on the Running Room's emails or add them to your white list. For further information about the Running Room you may contact the Technical Support team at the Running Room -
