About Jen Rawson, RD

Jen Rawson is a Registered Dietitian from Calgary who holds a B.Sc. in Nutrition and Food Sciences from the University of Alberta. She works in private practice offering advice on intuitive eating, sports nutrition, hormonal disturbances and gut health. She is passionate about running and travelling, often combining the two at destination races. Jen has a strong interest in sports nutrition and believes in an ďall foods fitĒ approach, meaning you can have your cake and eat it too. She writes about nutrition and fitness on her blog, Pretty Little Grub.

Tara is a Registered Nutritional Consultant, certified Personal Trainer and Triathlon/Running Coach in Toronto and is the founder of Healthy Eating Active Living. Tara is an avid distance runner and triathlete, and a regular guest speaker for the Running Room training programs.

Alexis is a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer. She counsels all types of people, including athletes, on how to eat for better performance and to improve their overall health. Alexis uses practical eating strategies, to guide her clients toward achieving their goals. Alexis is a regular guest speaker at the local running room in Burlington. She is an avid runner and has recently found variety and joy in the sport of triathlon.
