	Remove me from Rewards database (Note: Participants will be removed from Rewards Program and magazine distribution. All points will start at zero when reapplying for Rewards.)

(Note: This is a part of the Running Room's initiative to reduce paper and energy consumption and allow consumers the benefits of the magazine without the environmental impact.)
