| Joints in Motion is an opportunity to make a difference in your life and the lives of nearly 4.5 million Canadians living with arthritis. It's a chance to support those affected by this life-altering disease, achieve physical goals and see the world. Joints In Motion is a training program designed to help you meet your personal goal of raising much needed funds to find a cure for arthritis! The Arthritis Society will provide you with a trainer, air and ground transportation, accommodation, entry fee and all fundraising materials. Your responsibility as a participant is to train hard and raise funds for The Arthritis Society in honour of someone with arthritis. Ask anyone who's done it! Running or walking a marathon or half marathon or hiking a mountain is the experience of a lifetime. It requires dedication, positive reinforcement, and a solid training program that makes the journey fun. When you join Joints In Motion, you'll thrive in a friendly, team training environment that includes instruction from experienced trainers. And you'll quickly excel in an exercise program tailored to your individual level of fitness. |
