Card transaction costs if any:
A transaction fee is applied to the total amount charged to cover the banking (credit card) charges, the setup and hosting of the online form. This is the standard for most races in Canada.
List all available Credit Cards (for Foreign, US and Canadian entries):
* American Express
Ability to allow for a two-structure Fee Registration system:
* One for US Dollar Payments, one for Canadian Payments
* No conversion to Canadian dollars from US registrations, payments to be made in US dollars to the Event.
* This is done automatically by the system. The system uses the country code to automatically charge in US funds or Canadian.
* Any entries accepted in U.S. funds will be paid out in U.S. funds.
Payment schedule to Event Organizers:
* Running Room would issue a cheque every 30 days.
* Technical support is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am 4:30pm mountain standard time.
* Refunds can be done at any time, after the event organizers have provided us with the approval to process a refund for the participant.
