I just discovered these little gemsa few days ago. I've been taking about 2tsps in a glass of juice. Love them because they are tasteless. Tonight I'll be taking my 2tsps to work, and will add them to one of our mango smoothies.
What do you do with them? How much do you consume in a day? What is the recommended amount?

I've never had flax seeds so I'm not sure. But heres a link to some info about them. What I like most is that they have no taste so you can add them to anything really without affecting the flavor of stuff. Its easy to eat alot of them. I can easily take in the recommended 4tbsp per day.

Been taking then for about a month now. I add them to everthing stirfrys, baking, my water, Pancakes, spaghetti, my oatmeal etc.

I generally use a 1 teaspoon per serving. so if i'm making spaghetti for 4 i use 4 teaspoons.

they are not "like" flax in the sense that you don't have to ground the living ***** out of them. you just have to soak them for 10-15 minutes in a little water and they turn soft and "gel" like.

My Day usually starts with 1/4 cup of Oatmeal with a teaspoon of chia, sesame, sunflour, ground flax and pumpkin seeds. topped with a spoonfull of buck wheat honey.

lunch could be anything light, either pasta or salad or even my homemade cliff bars. They pretty much have the same thing as my oatmeal, but in a cornmeal buttermilk pancake.

All seeds are great, they have a GI between 10-15, which is awesome!

Hey Jen, want another product of superior awesomeness:

Green tea & running
