I'm curious what favorite food/dishes everyone has eaten in the three-four days of CARB LOADING required before their long races? Is there one type of food you have found most successful to increase your glycogen levels.

Spaghetti parties are usually the preferred food but there are many foods with just as many carbs. You can probably google carbo loading and foods will come up
